Made by a teacher who knows the load you're carrying.

Hi, I'm Kim — founder of The Educator Collective.

I've been a teacher and a leader in education for over a decade, and I'm a mum to two daughters. The cognitive load of either is enormous — together, it can swallow you whole.

I wanted to make something that gave me joy to look at every morning, but actually worked for the way teachers and school leaders think. No clipart, no neon, no quotes in Comic Sans — just a quiet, beautifully made planner built around the rhythm of a real school year.

The covers are hand-painted by Australian artist Jessie Rigby, whose work brings the same calm and texture I wanted the whole planner to hold.

A tool that respects your craft — and your taste.
