Shipping Policy.

The 2027 collection is currently available for pre-order. Pre-orders dispatch from early December 2026, in time for the new school year.

Orders are sent in the order they were received, so the earlier you order, the earlier your planner ships within the December dispatch window.

If you order a pre-order item alongside anything already in stock, everything ships together in December — we don't split shipments.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If your pre-order is ever delayed beyond the estimated window, we'll email you with the new date — you'll never be left guessing.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days of your order being confirmed (or, for pre-orders, within 2 business days of stock arriving in December).

You'll get an order confirmation immediately, and a second email with tracking details the moment your parcel is scanned by the courier.

All parcels are sent with tracked Australia Post eParcel from our studio. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Major cities: 2–6 business days. Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days.

These are estimates based on Australia Post's current timeframes — occasional delays around peak season (and, yes, December) are outside our control, but tracking means you can follow your planner the whole way.

Shipping is free Australia-wide on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

We currently ship Australia-wide only. If you're overseas and keen, email hello@theeducatorcollective.com.au — the more requests we get, the sooner international shipping happens.
